We are thrilled to officially be opening our doors in the heart of New Canaan at 111 Cherry Street (next to Swirl Frozen Yogurt). Behind the Wheel lessons will start on March 18th and we are planning for classes to begin on Monday, April 1st.

We create safer drivers. Over the last 10 years, we’ve trained almost 15,000 Fairfield County teens to be both safe and confident when they’re behind-the-wheel. In fact, Fresh Green Light students have less than a 13% accident-rate in their first year of driving, compared to a national average of 50%.

My wife Laura and I live in Fairfield County and started Fresh Green Light 10 years ago when we underwent the search for a quality driving school for our four children and couldn’t find one. Today, we serve families throughout our area with locations in Greenwich, Darien, Wilton, Westport, Fairfield and Rye, NY.

We’ve served over 50 families in New Canaan in the past few years and, with their prodding, felt it was time to establish a classroom presence in the community.
