Fresh Green Light is a modern driving school serving communities in Westchester County, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut. We help new drivers get a driver license and learn to drive safely for the rest of their lives.

We offer driving lessons, simulator lessons, on-line driver training and DMV classes for teens and adults.

Driving Lessons

Our driving instructors have teaching backgrounds and are state-certified, background-checked and trained on our curriculum.

We offer driving lessons in hybrid SUVs and sedans equipped with video cameras.

We offer free pick up and drop off from home, school or work for behind-the-wheel lessons in the following New York communities: Rye, Mamaroneck, Larchmont, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, White Plains, Bronxville, Harrison, Portchester, Rye Brook, Harrison, Armonk, Eastchester, and Purchase.

We offer free pick up and drop off for behind-the-wheel lessons in the following Connecticut communities: Greenwich, Riverside, Cos Cob, Old Greenwich, Byram, and portions of Stamford.

Driving Simulator Lessons

We offer driving lessons in state-of-the-art driving simulators that let new drivers experience routine and extreme driving situations without endangering themselves or anyone else. Drivers learn how to handle many of the situations that cause accidents and learn the risks associated with texting and driving, speeding, and distractions.

DMV Classes

We offer the five hour DMV Pre-Licensing Class for teens and adults in New York at our facility in Rye.

We offer the 30 (thirty) hour driving class and the eight (8) hour Safe Driving Class for teens and adults in Connecticut at our facility in Cos Cob.

Learning to Drive with Learning Disabilities and Disorders (ADD, ADHD, NLD)

We have experience and expertise working with new drivers who are diagnosed with a learning disorder like Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, (ADHD), Nonverbal Learning Disorder, and other learning challenges. We offer online tools and simulator-based training to address the special needs of new drivers with these conditions.
